Hmm, well, I focused on that aspect because in the comments section at
digg, it was what I thought the majoirty of discussion was about in
reaction to the article...I could have worded that better I guess...
I agree a "techologist" would indeed learn to RTFM and STFM...at least
that's the road I'm attempting to take, but where does the
"non-technologist" (not sure on the definition there) fit into all that?
The pampered Windows users that are fed up with M$ for whatever reason
and looking around...
