If only, oh if only, kneejerk RTFM, or man **** response were what the article
was talking about. Any technologist wanting to learn would know how to RTFM,
STFM (Search) and the like, and there would be little problem.
The real problem brought up by the article is self proclaimed experts heaping
personal insults on people who ask certain questions or make certain
assertions. Those clowns drive people away in droves, and not just newbies.
