Guh, that's a toughie. I would say user groups like this, groups that
have meetings, and working in a Linux-heavy environment would be the
best ways. Sure, you could read "Linux for Morons" I guess, but that's
more of an anesthetic than anything else. But I'm constantly amazed with
the stuff I learn just from talking to people about the problems you've
had and hearing how someone solved a similar problem. That's the cool
thing about Linux, there's a million ways to get where you're going and
each one of them is right in it's own way.
