/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 (on RH8, Your Filename May Vary).

Enter the other machines into /etc/hosts on the machine for which you want
name resolution to work if you use static addressing, but if you use dynamic
you'll have to use something like dhs.org (don't use anything of that type).
