Another option is CodeWeavers Crossover Office product (http://www.codeweavers.com/site/products/cxoffice/) which will allow you to run some of the more popular applications natively on a Linux system. Currently the QuickBooks Pro is covered (http://www.codeweavers.com/site/products/cxoffice/supported_apps/?id=14) but with a Bronze rating (http://www.codeweavers.com/site/products/cxoffice/medals) which shows that "CodeWeavers makes a firm commitment to bring all bronze applications to the silver level in future releases of CrossOver". Hope this helps some.
