I am working on a way to minimize the risk/damage from the MS email
plagues for a home LAN with a mix of Windows and Linux boxen. Switching
the Windows users to Linux is not a viable option, and educating them
about not clicking everything that is on screen has been a losing
battle, so I need to protect them from themselves.
I want to retrieve email from 5 individual's RoadRunner accounts and
two yahoo accounts, sort the spam and worms, and keep the valid emails
on a Linux server for the users to access over a LAN. I am thinking
fetchmail and postfix might be the answer. Or is there a better method
that I am overlooking?
I am a newbie at this sort of thing under Linux, so any and all
suggestions are appreciated.
Jeff
