I use Webmin as an interface to enforce consistency and proper change
logging in certain instances, but the modules are custom and the
intended users are never expected to know how to make the changes by
hand. Nor would they be given privilege to.

For those that are expected to learn how to do a task via the command
line or an editor, better they learn that from the start. Use the GUI
where it makes sense, but learn the command line/file format as well.
