I'm sorry, but there are far more than 1.2m infected machines out there. There is no accurate way to count infected machines unless they are doing something, right? If they sit dormant...they don't have to "listen" to anything...no one knows they are there until they do something.

Every single windows machine that has a "real" ip address is potentially infected.
