Basically he says that people use what they have been conditioned to. It's the same reason people 'rather push their Ford (Dodge, Chevy, etc) than to drive a Chevy (Ford, Dodge, etc)'. Since most computers come preloaded with M$, most don't know any better and could care less as long as it plays games.

He sure has alot not to say about things...and if they are so on the
ball because they have to stay ahead of the competition, why do they
produce such crap?
And you know, I had no idea that only one person supported a given area
within the Linux kernel and that so many of these programmers families
were so ill....;)
