 Recruiting for a full-time software test engineer in the Tampa Bay
area. Responsibilities include the development and execution of test
procedures to ensure that software products perform per applicable
specifications. Verify the interoperability of all system components
and the implementation of system security features. Working
independently or under direct supervision of the Chief Test Engineer,
define and implement a plan to verify all applicable test requirements.
Tasks include documentation of test requirements, development of test
procedures, test execution, and test reporting, per plan and schedule.

Minimum of 5 years of software testing experience with previous
leadership experience a plus. Strong SQA skills and strong skills in
the following areas: Software testing using automated test tools (IBM
Rational, TeamTest, Mercury, ClearCase); testing of multi-tiered
application architectures; Oracle and SQL scripting; validation of data
repositories; and programming experience in Unix, Visual Basic, and
C/C++. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Salary: $50-$65K based on experience.
