Thunderbird, as far as I'm aware, just inserts text found in a
pre-specified file as a signature block, with no support for multiple
signature files. If Thunderbird will call a script and insert its
output, I'm golden. If it would just insert the code from the script,
though, I'd have to do some more-serious monkeying around with how to
run scripts behind the scenes. From what you're saying here, and what
it says on that page to which you directed me, it looks like you've
already done the heavy lifting for me and I won't have to reinvent the
wheel.
