[flalug] Red Hat 9.0 and RPM's

I'm using Red Hat 9 I know they dropped support for
it, but is there any real reason for me to up grade to
kernal 2.6.x? and second I really hate looking around
for programs to use for Linux is there any place that
I can just download RPM's?
