One can only hope. I'm a mite confused about what precisely the tactics
of the bank and venture capital firm are, however. They don't seem
exactly poised for simple dismantling of SCO (especially since the stock
that BayStar holds is non-voting and RBC doesn't seem to be dropping
their common stock as quickly as one might expect if they were simply
looking to offload).
