The part about the letter to the Congress-Critters is the scary part. Those
people are not necessarily tech-savvy enough to realize that the "Linux cat"
is already out of the bag and that this 'problem' is just the whining of a
single company unable/unwilling to adapt. Daryl has a firm grip on history.
SCO is toast. Even if Daryl changes course now, he's killed the company. I
sincerely doubt if even an act of congress could keep SCO alive as a
commercial entity ... Daryl is just too self-destructive.
