I really like the SuSe distro. It was suggested I try out Xandros here on
the list. I haven't tried it yet so I can't say one way or the other. I
don't know about the access db though. I would do a little googling for it
(access db on linux) before making the recommendation on a distro. It is
alway nice to have the client software you want as part of the distro.

I have a client that wants a file server to hold files, of course, but also
an access database (migrating eventually to SQL). Only the .mdb will be
resident on the server, mind you, so don't freak out about it being Access.

Anyway, they are pretty non-technical, so they will need something that will
just work once it's been configured and up and running. Also, it will need
to be easy to learn basic stuff (like add/remove users, modify share
priveleges, etc.)

I was thinking RH9. Any other suggestions?
