[flalug] music software

Hi. I need some music software for Linux (I don't think VMware emulates a
MIDI port, else Windows would be OK too) which exports composed music as
sheet muic (PostScript would be nice), exports as a MIDI file, plays music
through an attached MIDI device, and can take input from an attached MIDI
keyboard. I suppose if it doesn't play back that's OK; other programs can
likely do that. Can anybody recommend some software for that? Thanks.
